Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention on wound repair and satisfaction in patients with skin warts treated by carbon dioxide laser. Methods A total of 80 patients with skin warts receiving carbon dioxide laser therapy in our hospital from March 2025 to March 2026 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (40 patients, with conventional nursing) and the observation group (40 patients, with comfort nursing on the basis of the control group) by the random number table method. The postoperative wound repair, adverse reaction rate, comfort score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time of redness and swelling regression, scab removal and wound healing in the observation group was shorter after intervention (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (2.50%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%) (P <0.05). The comfort score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention can effectively accelerate wound healing, relieve pain, and improve patients’ comfort and satisfaction, which is suitable for clinical application.
