Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing combined with oral health guidance on periodontal health indicators and red-white esthetic effects in patients with bracketless invisible orthodontics. Methods A total of 100 patients with bracketless invisible orthodontics admitted to the Hospital of Stomatology, Anhui Medical University from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A and group B, with 50 patients in each group. Group A received conventional nursing combined with oral health guidance, and group B received continuous nursing on the basis of the regimen for group A. The periodontal health indicators, redwhite esthetic effects, inflammatory factor levels and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the PLI, GI, SBI and PD in group B were lower than those in group A (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of PES and WES in group B were higher than those in group A (P <0.05). After intervention, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in group B were lower than those in group A (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of group B (94.00%) was higher than that of group A (80.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous nursing combined with oral health guidance for patients with bracketless invisible orthodontics can improve periodontal health indicators, enhance red-white esthetic effects, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, and improve patient satisfaction.
