    目的 探讨在面神经损伤患者中实施低频脉冲电刺激联合口面部感觉运动训练对其面部对称性及 口周轮廓美学评分的影响。方法 回顾性分析2023年1月-2025年1月宁夏回族自治区人民医院收治的60例 面神经损伤患者临床资料,按干预方案不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予口面部感觉运动训 练,观察组给予低频脉冲电刺激联合口面部感觉运动训练,比较两组面部对称性、口周轮廓美学评分、表 面肌电信号特征。结果 两组干预后面部对称性指数均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05);两 组干预后口周轮廓美学各项评分及总分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后最大 波幅均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后肌肉收缩时程均短于干预前,且观察组 短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 低频脉冲电刺激联合口面部感觉运动训练能有效改善面神经损伤患者的面 部对称性,提升其口周轮廓美学评分,并有利于增强口面部表情肌群电生理活性,实现功能康复与外观美 学的同步改善。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the effect of low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation combined with orofacial sensorimotor training on facial symmetry and perioral contour aesthetic scores in patients with facial nerve injury. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with facial nerve injury admitted to People’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from January 2023 to January 2025 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different intervention regimens, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received orofacial sensorimotor training, and the observation group received low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation combined with orofacial sensorimotor training. The facial symmetry, perioral contour aesthetic scores and surface electromyographic signal characteristics were compared between the two groups. Results The facial symmetry index of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that of the observation group was higher that of the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores and total scores of perioral contour aesthetics in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The maximum amplitude in the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The muscle contraction duration of the two groups after intervention was shorter than that before intervention, and that of the observation group was shorter thanthat of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation combined with orofacial sensorimotor training can effectively improve facial symmetry and perioral contour aesthetic scores in patients with facial nerve injury, enhance the electrophysiological activity of orofacial expressive muscles, and realize simultaneous improvement of functional rehabilitation and appearance aesthetics.
