    目的 分析液压法上颌窦内提升术联合Bio-Oss-Collagen骨粉在上颌后牙缺失治疗中的应用效果。 方法 选取2023年6月-2025年3月昌乐县人民医院口腔牙科收治的60例上颌后牙缺失患者,根据使用手术 材料不同分为对照组与观察组,各30例。两组均行液压法上颌窦内提升术,对照组术中使用Bio-Oss 骨粉,观察组术中使用Bio-Oss-Collagen骨粉,比较两组手术治疗成功率、种植体与骨界面贴合优良 率、牙槽嵴高度与种植体边缘骨吸收量。结果 观察组手术治疗成功率(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%) (P <0.05);观察组种植体与骨界面贴合优良率(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);观察组修 复后6、12个月的牙槽嵴高度高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组修复后6、12个月种植体边缘骨吸收量小于对 照组(P <0.05)。结论 上颌后牙缺失治疗中液压法上颌窦内提升术联合Bio-Oss-Collagen的方案,可提 高手术成功率、种植体与骨界面贴合优良率,提高牙槽嵴高度。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of hydraulic sinus floor elevation combined with Bio-Oss-Collagen bone graft in the treatment of maxillary posterior tooth loss. Methods A total of 60 patients with maxillary posterior tooth loss admitted to the Department of Stomatology, Changle County People’s Hospital from June 2023 to March 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different surgical graft materials, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups underwent hydraulic sinus floor elevation. The control group was given Bio-Oss graft, and the observation group was given Bio-Oss-Collagen bone graft. The surgical success rate, excellent and good rate of implant-bone interface adaptation, alveolar ridge height and marginal bone loss around implants were compared between the two groups. Results The surgical success rate of the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of implant-bone interface adaptation in the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) (P <0.05). The alveolar ridge height at 6 and 12 months after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The marginal bone loss around implants in the observation group at 6 and 12 months after operation was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with maxillary posterior tooth loss, hydraulic sinus floor elevation combined with Bio-Oss-Collagen bone graft can improve surgical success rate and excellent and good rate of implant-bone interface adaptation, and maintain favorable alveolar ridge height.
