Objective To explore the effect of Biofunctional Prosthetic System (BPS) complete denture restoration on denture stability and aesthetics in patients with dentition loss. Methods A total of 80 patients with dentition loss admitted to the Department of Stomatology, Jilin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2025 to February 2026 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group (n =40) and the study group (n =40) by the random number table method. The control group received conventional complete denture restoration, and the study group received BPS complete denture restoration. The restoration effect, denture stability and aesthetics were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of restoration in the study group (95.00%) was higher than that in the control group (75.00%) (P <0.05). At 3 months after treatment, the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the denture mobility score was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). At 3 months after treatment, the pink and white esthetic scores of the study group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of BPS complete denture restoration is good, which can effectively improve denture stability and aesthetics for patients with dentition loss.
