    目的 探讨在黄褐斑患者中实施超皮秒激光联合强脉冲光治疗对其皮损情况及皮肤状态的影响。 方法 选择南京栖霞迈锶医疗美容诊所2024年8月-2025年4月诊治的80例黄褐斑患者,根据治疗方案差异 分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行强脉冲光治疗,观察组行超皮秒激光联合强脉冲光治疗,比较 两组临床疗效、皮损情况、皮肤状态及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组 (77.50%)(P <0.05);观察组治疗后皮损面积、颜色评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后经皮 水分丢失量、表皮油脂含量、角质层含水量均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无 统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论 在黄褐斑患者中实施超皮秒激光联合强脉冲光治疗能获得确切疗效,有利 于促进皮损情况及皮肤状态改善,且未增加不良反应发生风险,应用安全性较高。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of ultra-picosecond laser combined with intense pulsed light therapy on skin lesions and skin status in patients with melasma. Methods A total of 80 patients with melasma treated in Nanjing Qixia Maisi Medical Beauty Clinic from August 2024 to April 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment regimens, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light, and the observation group was treated with ultra-picosecond laser combined with intense pulsed light. The clinical efficacy, skin lesions, skin status and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (77.50%) (P <0.05). The scores of lesion area and color in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The transepidermal water loss, epidermal sebum content and stratum corneum hydration in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Ultra-picosecond laser combined with intense pulsed light can achieve definite therapeutic effect for patients with melasma. It is conducive to the improvement of skin lesions and skin status, without increasing the risk of adverse reactions, and presents high clinical safety.
