Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative personalized nursing intervention on treatment compliance in patients undergoing oral implantation. Methods A total of 128 patients who underwent oral implantation in the Deyang Stomatological Hospital from February 2025 to February 2026 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 64 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional perioperative nursing intervention, and the observation group was given perioperative personalized nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, pain intensity, implant stability and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the excellent and good rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 78.13% in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group at 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The implant ISQ values of the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after operation were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (3.13%) was lower than that in the control group (14.06%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative personalized nursing intervention can effectively improve treatment compliance of patients undergoing oral implantation, relieve postoperative pain, and enhance implant stability, with high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
