    上颌前牙美性区特殊的软硬组织解剖结构,天然薄侧骨板和薄弱牙龈易引起术后骨吸收、龈乳头退缩等美学并发症,而传统自由手即刻种植存在术前评价粗糙、术中定位不准确、术后软组织塑形不足等固有缺陷,难以满足前牙区“红色美学”高精度修复的需求。鉴于此,本文以美学区即刻种植术中的解剖风险和传统手术方式的不足为切入点,系统梳理口腔美学区数字化即刻种植修复在临床应用中的优势和精度差异,并对人工智能、软组织实时动态监测等前沿技术的发展趋势进行预测,以期为美学区即刻种植术的精准化、标准化提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The special soft and hard tissue anatomical structure of the maxillary anterior aesthetic zone, characterized by naturally thin lateral bone plates and delicate gingivae, makes it prone to postoperative complications, including bone resorption and gingival papilla recession. Conventional freehand immediate implant has inherent limitations including crude preoperative evaluation, inaccurate intraoperative positioning, and insufficient postoperative soft tissue shaping, which fail to meet the high-precision requirements of “pink esthetic” restoration in the anterior tooth region. In view of the above problems, this paper starts from the anatomical risks during immediate implant in the aesthetic zone and the deffciencies of traditional surgical methods, systematically summarizes the clinical advantages and accuracy differences of digital immediate implant restoration in the oral aesthetic zone, and predicts the development trends of cutting-edge technologies such as artiffcial intelligence and real-time dynamic soft tissue monitoring, so as to provide theoretical evidence for the precision and standardization of immediate implant in the aesthetic zone.
