Objective To study the effect of quality chain nursing intervention on oral health behaviors and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with implant restoration. Methods A total of 180 elderly patients with implant restoration admitted to our hospital from October 2024 to October 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method, with 90 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the study group received quality chain nursing inter vention. The oral health behaviors, implant effect, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The oral health behavior score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing, and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of comfort, aesthetics and masticatory function in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 82.22% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.56%, which was lower than 12.22% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality chain nursing intervention for elderly patients with implant restoration can effectively improve patients’ oral health behaviors, enhance implant effect and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications, which achieves favorable nursing effects.
