Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform-based continuous nursing on emotional state and cosmetic effect in patients after skin laser cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent skin laser cosmetic surgery in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from October 2022 to October 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into group A and group B by coin ffipping method, with 46 patients in each group. Group A was given conventional nursing and postoperative follow-up after discharge, and group B was given WeChat platform-based continuous nursing on the basis of group A. The emotional state, cosmetic effect, satisfaction, complication rate and skin lesion recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in group B were lower than those in group A (P<0.05). The improvement rate of cosmetic effect in group B (95.65%) was higher than that in group A (82.61%) (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of group B (95.65%) was higher than that of group A (80.43%) (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in group B (4.35%) was lower than that in group A (17.39%) (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of skin lesions in group B (2.17%) was lower than that in group A (17.39%) (P<0.05).
