    目的 探究聚焦超声技术对面部皮肤松弛及轻度下垂患者面部皮肤松弛程度的影响。方法 选取2024年4月-2025年4月成都金牛奈思本医疗美容诊所收治的60例面部皮肤松弛及轻度下垂患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组行射频美容仪干预,观察组行聚焦超声技术干预,比较两组面部皮肤松弛程度、皮肤弹性、面部下垂距离及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗后面部皮肤松弛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮肤弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后面部下垂距离短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(23.33%)(P<0.05)。结论 对于面部皮肤松弛及轻度下垂患者,聚焦超声技术可有效改善面部皮肤松弛程度,提升皮肤弹性,并减轻面部下垂,且不良反应发生率低,安全性良好。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of focused ultrasound technology on the facial skin laxity in patients with facial skin laxity and mild ptosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with facial skin laxity and mild ptosis admitted to Chengdu Jinniu Naisiben Medical Beauty Clinic from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was intervened with radiofrequency aesthetic instrument, and the observation group was intervened with focused ultrasound technology. The facial skin laxity, skin elasticity, facial ptosis distance and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the score of facial skin laxity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the score of skin elasticity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the facial ptosis distance of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (23.33%) (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with facial skin laxity and mild ptosis, focused ultrasound technology can effectively improve facial skin laxity, enhance skin elasticity, and reduce facial ptosis, with a low incidence of adverse reactions and favorable safety.
