Objective To study the application of recombinant type III humanized collagen scar gel in acne scars.Methods Sixty-five patients with acne depressed scars admitted to our hospital from 2021.03 to 2024.05 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=32) was treated with ultra-pulsed CO₂ lattice laser,and the observation group(n=33) was treated with recombinant type III humanized collagen scar gel on this basis.The total effective rate of treatment,the improvement of symptoms,scars and facial aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.97%) was higher than that in the control group (81.25%)(P<0.05).The duration of erythema and pain and the time of complete exfoliation of scab in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VSS and ECCA scores of the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05). The improvement rate of facial beauty in the observation group(93.94%) was higher than that in the control group(78.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of recombinant type III humanized collagen scar gel in acne depressed scar is good,which can shorten the recovery time and improve the appearance of scar.
