Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course refined nursing intervention on treatment compliance and periodontal health indicators in patients undergoing aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with all-ceramic crown. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with all-ceramic crown in our hospital from December 2023 to December 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50) by the random number table method. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received whole-course reffned nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The treatment compliance, periodontal health indicators and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (82.00%) (P<0.05). After nursing, the gingival index, plaque index and sulcus bleeding index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (84.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Whole-course reffned nursing intervention for patients undergoing aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with all-ceramic crown can effectively improve treatment compliance and periodontal health indicators, and help to enhance aesthetic satisfaction.
