Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of radiofrequency-assisted liposuction combined with suction-assisted liposuction in mandibular margin and neck contouring. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing mandibular margin and neck contouring in Xuzhou Renci Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with suction-assisted liposuction, and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency-assisted liposuction combined with suction-assisted liposuction. The clinical efffcacy, facial and neck aesthetic improvement, complication rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05). The scores of mandibular angle deffnition, neck contour smoothness and skin tightness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (3.33%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%) (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing mandibular margin and neck contouring, radiofrequency-assisted liposuction combined with suction-assisted liposuction can effectively improve blurred mandibular angle, skin laxity and neck contour smoothness, enhance clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications.
