Abstract:Objective: To analyze the aesthetic effect of continuous nursing and facial scraping nursing technology based on Omaha system theory on patients with chloasma. Methods: 72 patients with chloasma (admitted to hospital from January 2023 to December 2025) were included as research samples, and they were randomly divided into control group (36 cases, routine nursing+facial scraping nursing technology) and study group (36 cases, continuous nursing+routine nursing+facial scraping nursing technology based on Omaha system theory), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the scores of chloasma area and severity index, quality of life index of dermatosis and emotional state in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing based on Omaha system theory combined with facial scraping nursing technology can comprehensively improve the nursing effect of patients with chloasma from multiple dimensions, such as improving skin lesions, improving quality of life, relieving negative emotions and improving nursing satisfaction.
