Abstract:Dental pulp disease is a common disease in clinical stomatology, and direct composite resin restoration is the preferred treatment. The quality of nursing cooperation plays a decisive role in the efffcacy, efffciency and patient experience of diagnosis and treatment. As standardized cooperative nursing modes in stomatology, four-handed and six-handed operations are centered on the “doctor-nurse” two-person cooperation and the “doctor-chairside nurse-circulating nurse” three-person cooperation respectively, each with its own applicable scenarios and advantages in clinical practice. This paper systematically summarizes the core concepts, implementation contents and clinical advantages of the two operation modes, and deeply analyzes the key factors affecting their application effects, aiming to provide theoretical support for standardizing the nursing process of resin fflling restoration in dental pulp diseases, optimizing the selection of nursing modes and improving the quality of diagnosis and treatment, as well as a reference for the innovative development of oral nursing modes
