Abstract:Autologous tooth transplantation is an effective method for tooth replacement, and postoperative healing is restricted by various factors. Concentrated growth factor (CGF) is rich in a variety of growth factors and bioactive components. Its core advantages include improving the initial stability of transplanted teeth, promoting periodontal tissue healing, and enhancing the healing effect of autologous tooth transplantation by accelerating bone tissue regeneration and remodeling. This paper summarizes relevant recent literature and focuses on the effect of CGF on healing after autologous tooth transplantation, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the clinical application of CGF in autologous tooth transplantation, thereby improving the success rate of treatment and patients' prognosis and overall efffcacy.
