Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing based on wechat platform on psychological status in patients undergoing skin laser cosmetology. Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent skin laser cosmetology in our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (n=41) and the observation group (n=41). The control group received conventional continuous nursing, and the observation group received continuous nursing based on wechat platform. The psychological status, adverse event rate, dispute rate, quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events and dispute rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group (95.12%) was higher than that in the control group (80.49%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing based on wechat platform in patients undergoing skin laser cosmetology is good. It can relieve adverse psychological status, reduce the incidence of adverse events and medical disputes, improve postoperative quality of life, and obtain high patient satisfaction.
