    目的:探讨超皮秒激光搭配强脉冲光的联合治疗模式,对改善黄褐斑患者皮损、皮肤状态的效果。方法:选择南京栖霞迈锶医疗美容诊所2024年8月至2025年8月诊治80例黄褐斑患者。根据治疗方案差异分组。对照组(n=40)予强脉冲光治疗。观察组(n=40)予超皮秒激光联合强脉冲光治疗。对比两组临床疗效、皮损与皮肤状态,并统计不良反应开展分析。结果:观察组总有效率(95.00%),高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组皮损评分均更低;皮肤状态指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑基础上,通过联用超皮秒激光治疗能获得确切疗效,有利于促进皮损、皮肤状态的改善,且安全性高。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of ultra-picosecond laser combined with intense pulsed light regimen on lesion improvement and skin barrier function in patients with melasma. Methods: A total of 80 melasma patients treated at Nanjing Qixia Maisi Medical Beauty Clinic Dermatology Department from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected and divided into groups based on treatment differences. The control group (n=40) received intense pulsed light therapy, while the observation group (n=40) received ultra-picosecond laser combined with intense pulsed light therapy. Compare the clinical efficacy, skin lesions and skin status between the two groups, and conduct statistical analysis on adverse reactions.Results: The observation group demonstrated a significantly higher overall response rate (P < 0.05, 95.00% vs. 77.50%). Post-treatment, the observation group showed lower skin lesion area and lesion color scores compared to the control group, with superior skin condition indicators (P<0.05). No significant difference in adverse reaction incidence was observed between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Combining ultra-picosecond laser with intense pulsed light therapy yields favorable outcomes for melasma patients, improving skin lesions and conditions while maintaining high safety.
