Abstract:Objective To explore the application of hydroxychloroquine combined with minocycline and hyaluronic acid repair biofflm dressing in erythematous rosacea. Methods A total of 80 patients with erythematous rosacea admitted to the Department of Dermatology, Tianshui 407 Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine combined with minocycline, and the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid repair biofflm dressing on the basis of the control group. The clinical efffcacy, clinical symptom scores and skin barrier function indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (95.00%) was higher than that in the control group (77.50%) (P<0.05). The scores of all clinical symptoms in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The skin barrier function indicators in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine combined with minocycline and hyaluronic acid repair biofflm dressing is effective in the treatment of erythematous rosacea, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and repair skin barrier function.
