Objective To explore the stability and aesthetics of complete denture after BPS full denture restoration for patients with missing teeth. Methods: The study subjects were 80 patients with missing teeth who came to our hospital for full denture restoration. They were equally divided into two groups (control group and study group) by random number table method. They were respectively given traditional full denture restoration and BPS full denture restoration treatment. The clinical efficacy, denture stability, and aesthetic level of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results: The restoration effective rate of the study group (95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%) (P < 0.05). The denture stability (bite force, chewing efficiency, denture looseness) of the two groups showed no significant difference before treatment to obvious improvement after treatment. The improvement effect of the study group was better (higher bite force, higher chewing efficiency, lower denture looseness) (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the aesthetic level (red aesthetic index, white aesthetic index) scores of the two groups before treatment. After treatment, both groups showed significant improvement. Compared with the control group, the study group was significantly better (P < 0.05). Conclusion: BPS full denture restoration can significantly improve the stability and aesthetics of dentures after restoration for patients with missing teeth.
