Abstract:Objective After the implementation of all ceramic fixed bridge restoration on dentition defect patient and then check for change occurred in the occlusal function ,periodontitis-related parameters and esthetics score. Methods From April 2025 to March 2026, 98 patients with dental defects were randomly divided into a control group (restored by conventional metal ceramic fixed bridge) and an observation group, and the observation group, who were all-ceramic fixed bridge restoration of zirconia-49 cases respectively. After 6 months of restoration, maximum bite force, occlusal contact area and asymmetry index was evaluated in both groups;gingival crevicular fluid were collected for hs-CRP, TNF-a and IL-6 detection.Restoration’s aesthetic levels are assessed with pink aesthetic scale (PES), WES .Results 6 months after restoration, there was a greater value of maximal bite force and occlusion surface in the observation group compared to that in the control group,as well as lower bite force asymmetry index;also their periodontal inflammation indicators were lower compared to the controls. Finally,The aesthetics score in PES and WES by the observation group was better than that in the control group, too.The comparison between the observation group and the control group were higher in all P < 0.05.Conclusion The biocompatibility of an all-ceramic fixed bridge is excellent and therefore complete restoration of the occlusal contact can be achieved ,reducing local periodontitis and improving aesthetic for restorations of both anterior and posterior teeth .
