Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of skin diseases emphasizes the integration of holistic and localized approaches, focusing on addressing both internal and external factors. As one of the appropriate traditional Chinese medicine technologies, ffre needle has the advantages of simplicity, effectiveness, low cost, high safety and wide indications, and is widely used in the treatment of skin diseases. In recent years, with the continuous emergence of new therapeutic drugs and methods, ffre needle therapy has been revitalized through “new applications of traditional methods.” By integrating with modern medical technologies and drugs, its clinical efffcacy has been further enhanced. This paper begins with the mechanism of action of ffre needle therapy and provides an in-depth analysis of its current clinical applications in common dermatological diseases such as eczema, melasma, and acne, aiming at providing reference for the further standardized use of ffre needle therapy.
