Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of micro-video combined with immersive teaching in humanistic care training for plastic surgery nursing. Methods A total of 130 on-duty nurses from the Plastic Surgery Department of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group (n=65) and the observation group (n=65) by the random number table method. The control group received conventional basic teaching methods, and the observation group received micro-video combined with immersive teaching. The Humanistic Care Ability Scale (CAI) scores, Humanistic Care Quality Scale (CDI) scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of cognitive dimension, courage dimension and patience dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of humanistic care knowledge, humanistic care concept, humanistic care perception and humanistic care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The patients' satisfaction with nurses' service attitude, technical level, hospitalization environment and humanistic care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of micro-video combined with immersive teaching in humanistic care training for plastic surgery nursing has a deffnite effect, which can improve nurses' humanistic care ability, enhance humanistic care quality, and increase patients' satisfaction with nursing services.
