Abstract:Objective To explore the whole-process nursing cooperation and clinical restoration effect of aesthetic resin filling combined with root canal therapy. Methods A total of 120 patients who received aesthetic resin filling combined with root canal therapy in our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were enrolled and divided into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (whole-process nursing cooperation) by random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The incidence of postoperative complications, treatment compliance, clinical restoration effect and patients" medical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had a lower incidence of postoperative complications, as well as higher treatment compliance, better restoration effect and higher medical satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of whole-process nursing cooperation in patients undergoing aesthetic resin filling combined with root canal therapy can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications, improve patients" treatment compliance and clinical restoration effect of teeth, and optimize patients" medical experience.
