Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of two-dimensional intensive nursing on psychological status and nursing satisfaction in patients with seborrheic keratosis treated by carbon dioxide laser. Methods A total of 60 patients with seborrheic keratosis treated by carbon dioxide laser in Heji Hospital Afffliated to Changzhi Medical College from August 2023 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received two-dimensional intensive nursing. The psychological status, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group at 4 weeks after intervention were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of service attitude, operation standardization, psychological support, health guidance and follow-up timeliness in the experimental group at 4 weeks after intervention were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group (3.33%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Two-dimensional intensive nursing can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with seborrheic keratosis treated by carbon dioxide laser, improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
