    目的 探讨非聚焦平面超声治疗仪在术后瘢痕粘连中的应用。方法 选取2025年1月-6月于涪陵周业松医疗美容诊所就诊的120例术后瘢痕粘连患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组60例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用非聚焦平面超声治疗仪进行治疗,比较两组瘢痕改善情况、局部循环与肿胀、临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组治疗2、4周后瘢痕硬度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗4周后瘢痕外观评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗4周后局部血流增加及周径差均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗2、4周后VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗4周后痉挛发作频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 非聚焦平面超声治疗仪能够有效改善术后瘢痕粘连,促进局部血液循环,缓解肿胀、疼痛及肌肉痉挛,且未增加不良反应的发生几率,具有良好的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the application of non-focused planar ultrasound therapeutic device in postoperative cicatricial adhesion. Methods A total of 120 patients with postoperative cicatricial adhesion treated at Fuling ZHOU Yesong Medical Beauty Clinic from January 2025 to June 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the experimental group was treated with non-focused planar ultrasound therapeutic device on the basis of the control group. The scar improvement, local circulation and swelling, clinical symptom improvement, clinical efffcacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scar hardness in the experimental group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signiffcant (P<0.05). The scar appearance score in the experimental group at 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signiffcant (P<0.05). The local blood ffow increase and circumference difference in the experimental group at 4 weeks after treatment were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signiffcant (P<0.05). The VAS scores in the experimental group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signiffcant (P<0.05). The spasm frequency in the experimental group at 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signiffcant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (81.67%), and the difference was statistically signiffcant (P<0.05). There was no signiffcant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Non-focused planar ultrasound therapeutic device can effectively improve postoperative cicatricial adhesion, promote local blood circulation, relieve swelling, pain and muscle spasm, without increasing the risk of adverse reactions, showing good application value.
