Objective: To investigate the effect of plastic and aesthetic repair and nursing of emergency facial trauma patients. Methods: A total of 10 patients with facial trauma treated in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2023 to February 2025 were selected to participate in the study. patients were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (comprehensive nursing). The time of injury assessment and surgical preparation, pain score and bad mood score, satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The time of injury assessment and surgical preparation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically (P < 0.05); the pain score and bad mood score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( < 0.05); The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: In the process of plastic and aesthetic repair of emergency facial trauma patients, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the time of injury assessment and surgical, effectively relieve postoperative pain, improve patient"s anxiety, effective prevention of complications is worthy of promotion.
