Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant bovine basic ffbroblast growth factor gel combined with fractional laser technology on scar improvement indicators in patients with facial acne depressed scar. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial acne depressed scar treated in the Changsha Fairytale Medical Beauty Management Co., Ltd. Yuhua Medical Beauty Clinic from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with fractional laser alone, and the observation group was treated with fractional laser combined with external recombinant bovine basic ffbroblast growth factor gel. The clinical efffcacy, scar improvement indicators and skin barrier function indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (77.50%) (P<0.05). The scar improvement indicators in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The skin barrier function indicators in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of facial acne depressed scar, the application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with fractional laser technology achieves ideal therapeutic effect, which can improve scar appearance and skin barrier function of patients.
