Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of four-hand operation technology combined with psychological induction on psychological status of children in oral dental clinic. Methods A total of 280 children admitted to the dental clinic of Wuxi Children's Hospital from May 2022 to September 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 140 children in each group. The control group received conventional oral nursing, and the observation group received four-hand operation technology combined with psychological induction nursing. The psychological status, treatment cooperation degree, treatment fear and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of HAD-A and HAD-D in the observation group at 1 week after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of treatment cooperation degree indicators in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The fear rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The family satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Four-hand operation technology combined with psychological induction can effectively improve the psychological status of children, enhance their treatment cooperation degree and family satisfaction, and reduce fear levels.
