Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing intervention on restoration adaptability and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing chairside CAD/CAM onlay restoration. Methods A total of 120 patients who received chairside CAD/CAM onlay restoration at Afffliated Stomatological Hospital of NMU from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A and group B, with 60 patients in each group. Group A received conventional nursing intervention, and group B received reffned nursing intervention on the basis of group A. The oral health-related quality of life, restoration adaptability, nursing compliance, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the OHIP-14 score in group B was lower than that in group A (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of restoration adaptability in group B (96.67%) was higher than that in group A (83.33%) (P<0.05). The nursing compliance in group B (98.33%) was better than that in group A (86.67%) (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in group B (3.33%) was lower than that in group A (15.00%) (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in group B was 96.67%, which was higher than 81.67% in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Reffned nursing intervention can improve the adaptability of chairside CAD/CAM onlay restorations and patient compliance, enhance oral health-related quality of life, reduce the risk of complications, and increase patients' recognition of nursing services.
