    目的 探讨改良型富血小板纤维蛋白(A-PRF)联合Bio-Oss骨粉对牙即刻种植术中骨缺损修复重建的影响。方法 选取2022年10月-2023年10月于珠海市中西医结合医院行牙即刻种植术的80例患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)。对照组采用Bio-Oss骨粉填充,研究组采用A-PRF联合Bio-Oss骨粉填充,比较两组术后骨量相关指标、牙周指标、生活质量。结果 研究组术后6个月中段唇侧骨量、冠方唇侧骨量均低于对照组,牙槽嵴高度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后6个月PD、AL、PI、GI均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后6个月OHIP-14评分为(12.28±3.51)分,低于对照组的(15.73±5.98)分(P<0.05)。结论 A-PRF联合Bio-Oss骨粉填充可改善牙即刻种植术患者术后骨量变化情况和牙周相关指标,降低口腔健康问题对其日常生活的影响,促进骨缺损修复重建。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of advanced platelet-rich ffbrin (A-PRF) combined with Bio-Oss bone powder on the repair and reconstruction of bone defect in immediate dental implantation. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing immediate dental implantation admitted to Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected, and they were divided into the control group (n=40) and the study group (n=40) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with Bio-Oss bone powder fflling, and the study group was treated with A-PRF combined with Bio-Oss bone powder fflling. The postoperative bone volume-related indicators, periodontal indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results At 6 months after operation, the middle labial bone volume and coronal labial bone volume of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the alveolar ridge height was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). At 6 months after operation, the PD, AL, PI and GI of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). At 6 months after operation, the OHIP-14 score of the study group was (12.28±3.51)points, which was lower than (15.73±5.98)points of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion A-PRF combined with Bio-Oss bone powder fflling can improve the postoperative bone volume changes and periodontal-related indicators of patients undergoing immediate dental implantation, reduce the inffuence of oral health problems on their daily lives, and promote the repair and reconstruction of bone defect.
