308 nm准分子光对白癜风患者皮肤美观度的影响

    摘要:

    目的:研究探讨窄谱中波紫外线(311nm)和准分子光(308nm)治疗白癜风疗效及对患者皮肤美观度的影响。方法:选取2024.09~2026.02本院收治的78例白癜风患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组39例。对照组给予窄谱中波紫外线(311nm)治疗,观察组采取准分子光(308nm)治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复色起始时间小于对照组,皮损面积改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白介素17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者自制白癜风皮肤美观度评价量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:308nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效更好,可提高患者的色素恢复速度,抑制炎症因子表达水平,提升患者的皮肤美观度,降低治疗期间不良反应发生率,可作为白癜风光疗的优选方案。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the efficacy of narrowband medium-wave ultraviolet (311nm) and excimer light (308nm) in treating vitiligo and their impact on patients" skin aesthetics. Methods:A total of 78 vitiligo patients admitted to our hospital from September 2024 to February 2026 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,n=39. The control group received narrowband medium-wave ultraviolet (311nm) therapy, while the observation group was treated with excimer light (308nm). Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The onset time of repigmentation in the observation group was shorter, and the improvement rate of lesion area was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-17, TNF-α, and IFN-γin the observation group were lower than group control (P<0.05). The score of the self-assessment vitiligo skin aesthetic evaluation scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Excimer light (308nm) therapy demonstrates superior efficacy in treating vitiligo, accelerates pigmentation recovery, suppresses inflammatory factor expression, enhances skin aesthetics, and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.
