Analysis of the Application Value of Orbital Septal Fat Flap Resection Combined with Autologous Fascial Fat Transplantation in Double Eyelid Repair Liu Jia Nanjing Southeast Beauty Hospital Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Province, Nanjing 210019 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the application effect of orbital septum fat flap repositioning combined with autologous fascial fat transplantation in various double eyelid repair surgeries. Methods:A total of 350 patients who underwent adverse double eyelid surgery in the hospital from March 2023 to May 2025 were selected. All patients received orbital septum fat flap repositioning combined with autologous fascia fat transplantation for correction. The complete medical records of these patients were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the surgical correction effect, postoperative complications, and improvement of eye socket depression. Results: The correction success rate of 350 patients was 96.29%, with 20 cases of postoperative complications, and the total incidence rate was 5.71%. The visual appearance satisfaction score of the patients after surgery was higher than that before surgery, and the improvement degree of the depression grade was also better than that before surgery, with P < 0.05.Conclusion: Among various double eyelid repair methods, combining the repositioning of orbital septum fat flaps with autologous fascial fat transplantation can achieve an ideal improvement effect on the abnormal state of the eyes, restore eyelid function, and have few complications.
