Abstract:Objective: To analyze the application of comprehensive skin care intervention in the postoperative repair of fractional laser and its impact on adverse reactions. Methods: A total of 120 patients who underwent fractional laser treatment in our hospital from January 2025 to January 2026 were randomly divided into an observation group (n=60) and a control group (n=60). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive skin care. Results: The skin repair time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the VISIA scores of the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). The VISIA scores of patients in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive skin care in the postoperative repair of fractional laser can shorten the skin repair time of patients, significantly improve the skin condition, and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
