Abstract:Facial aging is usually a comprehensive phenomenon characterized by volume loss, tissue laxity and blurred contours. Relying solely on hyaluronic acid fflling or thread embedding lifting is often difffcult to simultaneously achieve three-dimensional shaping, overall lifting and skin texture improvement. However, the combined application of hyaluronic acid and thread embedding technology can achieve both immediate filling and tissue lifting in the same treatment process, and further promote collagen regeneration through biological stimulation effect, thereby obtaining a more natural and long-lasting rejuvenation effect from multiple aspects including volume, contour and skin texture. This paper systematically reviews the material properties, mechanism of action and clinical application of hyaluronic acid and thread embedding, and deeply discusses the synergistic mechanism, theoretical basis and clinical effect of their combined application, aiming to provide a reference for formulating scientific and individualized multi-dimensional facial rejuvenation strategies.
