Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of blue light therapy combined with Fuzhiqing plaster mask in the treatment of facial acne. Methods A total of 120 patients with facial acne diagnosed and treated in the Outpatient Department of our hospital from May 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into Group A and group B by the random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. Group A was given blue light therapy, and group B was given blue light therapy combined with Fuzhiqing plaster mask. The clinical efffcacy, acne severity and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B (98.33%) was higher than that of group A (88.33%) (P<0.05). The GAGS score of group B after 6 weeks of treatment was lower than that of group A (P<0.05). The DLQI score of group B after 6 weeks of treatment was lower than that of group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Blue light therapy combined with Fuzhiqing plaster mask in the treatment of facial acne can improve the overall curative effect, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and enhance the quality of life.
