Abstract:Guided by the national strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and based on the talent demand for the standardized and high-quality transformation and upgrading of the medical aesthetic industry, systematically exploring the construction pathway of medical aesthetic training bases is of great practical signiffcance for improving the training quality of medical aesthetic professionals, especially in addressing the current shortcomings in spatial planning, industry-education integration, teaching-staff development and management mechanism of such bases. By analyzing the existing problems in the spatial planning, curriculum integration, teaching staff structure and management mechanism of current medical aesthetic training bases, this paper proposes the following construction paths: reconstructing the spatial layout based on real business processes and planning mass entrepreneurship and innovation incubation zone; establishing a three-stage "general education-integration-practical training" curriculum system to promote scenario-based teaching; introducing and cultivating industry-oriented faculty and improving the teacher development mechanism; implementing ffexible and open management combined with diversiffed comprehensive evaluation. In addition, a three-dimensional guarantee system involving "policy-resource-industry" is constructed, aiming to comprehensively improve the innovative literacy and practical ability of medical aesthetic talents, so as to provide sustainable talent support for the high-quality development of the medical aesthetic industry.
