    目的 探讨在皮肤科临床见习带教中使用皮肤性病学图鉴辅助教学的效果及对教学满意度的影响。方法 将2023年9月-2024年1月于永州市中心医院见习的28名2020级见习生纳入对照组,将2024年3月-7月于永州市中心医院见习的28名2021级见习生纳入观察组。对照组采取传统教学法,观察组在对照组基础上采取皮肤性病学图鉴辅助教学,比较两组考试成绩、自主学习能力及教学满意度。结果 观察组理论考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组技能操作考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组自我管理、学习热情和自控力评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学理念、教学师资能力、课程学习安排、激发学习兴趣满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 皮肤性病学图鉴辅助教学应用于皮肤科临床见习教学中,能提高见习生理论考试成绩与自主学习能力,且教学满意度较高。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of dermatology and venereology atlas-assisted teaching in the clinical clerkship instruction of dermatology and its inffuence on teaching satisfaction. Methods From September 2023 to January 2024, 28 clinical clerks of grade 2020 in Yongzhou Central Hospital were included in the control group, and 28 clinical clerks of grade 2021 in Yongzhou Central Hospital from March to July 2024 were included in the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted dermatology and venereology atlas-assisted teaching on the basis of the control group. The examination scores, autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical examination score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no signiffcant difference in skill operation examination score between the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of self-management, learning enthusiasm, self-control and the total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of teaching philosophy, teaching competence, curriculum arrangement and learning interest stimulation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of dermatology and venereology atlas-assisted teaching in the clinical clerkship instruction of dermatology can improve the theoretical examination scores and autonomous learning ability of clinical clerks, with a high level of teaching satisfaction.
