Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of dermatology and venereology atlas-assisted teaching in the clinical clerkship instruction of dermatology and its inffuence on teaching satisfaction. Methods From September 2023 to January 2024, 28 clinical clerks of grade 2020 in Yongzhou Central Hospital were included in the control group, and 28 clinical clerks of grade 2021 in Yongzhou Central Hospital from March to July 2024 were included in the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted dermatology and venereology atlas-assisted teaching on the basis of the control group. The examination scores, autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical examination score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no signiffcant difference in skill operation examination score between the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of self-management, learning enthusiasm, self-control and the total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of teaching philosophy, teaching competence, curriculum arrangement and learning interest stimulation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of dermatology and venereology atlas-assisted teaching in the clinical clerkship instruction of dermatology can improve the theoretical examination scores and autonomous learning ability of clinical clerks, with a high level of teaching satisfaction.
