Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of multidimensional rehabilitation nursing on psychological resilience in emergency patients with facial skin and soft tissue injury after cosmetic suture surgery. Methods From March 2023 to September 2025, 60 emergency patients with facial skin and soft tissue injury after cosmetic suture surgery admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery, the Third People's Hospital of Guizhou Province were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the single-blind method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received multidimensional rehabilitation nursing. The wound healing time, excellent and good rate of wound healing, scar severity and psychological resilience were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05). After nursing, the scar severity scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the CD-RISC score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For emergency patients with facial skin and soft tissue injury undergoing cosmetic suture surgery, the application of multidimensional rehabilitation nursing can promote wound recovery, improve psychological resilience and reduce scar severity.
