Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PERMA model-based nursing on aesthetic restoration effect in patients undergoing oral aesthetic restoration. Methods A total of 50 patients who received oral aesthetic restoration in the Department of Prosthodontics, Yancheng Stomatological Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received PERMA model-based nursing. The emotional state, nursing compliance and aesthetic restoration effect were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing compliance rate of the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (72.00%) (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of PES and WES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion PERMA model-based nursing can effectively improve the emotional state of patients undergoing oral aesthetic restoration, enhance nursing compliance, and help to achieve better aesthetic restoration effect.
