    目的 探究在大面积烧伤患者中采用自体富含血小板血浆联合自体微粒皮肤修复的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年6月黄石市中心医院收治40例大面积烧伤患者,依据随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各20例。A组采用自体微粒皮肤修复治疗,B组采用自体富含血小板血浆联合自体微粒皮肤修复治疗,比较两组瘢痕增生情况、创面愈合情况、感染发生率及生活质量。结果 B组治疗后VSS评分低于A组(P<0.05);B组创面愈合时间短于A组,治疗后7、14、21 d创面愈合率高于A组(P<0.05);B组感染发生率(5.00%)低于A组(35.00%)(P<0.05);B组治疗后SF-36各项评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论 在大面积烧伤患者中采用自体富含血小板血浆联合自体微粒皮肤修复的效果确切,可有效减轻瘢痕增生情况,加快创面愈合,降低感染发生率,有助于提高患者的生活质量。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with autologous micro-particle skin repair in patients with extensive burn. Methods A total of 40 patients with extensive burn admitted to Huangshi Central Hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A and group B, with 20 patients in each group. Group A was treated with autologous micro-particle skin repair, and group B was treated with autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with autologous micro-particle skin repair. The scar hyperplasia, wound healing, infection rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the VSS score of group B was lower than that of group A (P<0.05). The wound healing time of group B was shorter than that of group A, and the wound healing rates at 7, 14 and 21 days after treatment were higher than those of group A (P<0.05). The incidence of infection in group B (5.00%) was lower than that in group A (35.00%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of SF-36 in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of autologous platelet-rich plasma and autologous micro-particle skin repair has a deffnite effect in patients with extensive burn. It can effectively alleviate scar hyperplasia, accelerate wound healing, reduce the incidence of infection, and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
