    目的 分析在增生性瘢痕患者中采用CO2点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗对其创面疼痛程度与瘢痕增生程度的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年12月龙岩市第一医院收治的100例增生性瘢痕患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组行CO2点阵激光治疗,观察组行CO2点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗,比较两组创面疼痛程度、瘢痕增生程度、创面完全上皮化时间、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗4.5个月后VAS、VSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面完全上皮化时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(10.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 在增生性瘢痕患者中采用CO2点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗不仅能减轻其创面疼痛程度,还可改善瘢痕增生程度,加快创面恢复,且不良反应少。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the effect of fractional CO2 laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment on wound pain intensity and scar hypertrophy in patients with hypertrophic scar. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertrophic scar admitted to Longyan First Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with fractional CO2 laser, and the observation group was treated with fractional CO2 laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment. The wound pain intensity, scar hypertrophy, time to complete epithelialization of wounds and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results At 4.5 months after treatment, the scores of VAS and VSS in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The time to complete epithelialization of wounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (2.00%) was lower than that in the control group (10.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of fractional CO2 laser and moist exposed burn ointment for patients with hypertrophic scar can not only alleviate wound pain intensity, but also improve scar hypertrophy, accelerate wound recovery, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
