【】Objective: To study the application value of digital guide plate-assisted dental implant restoration for dentition deficiency and its impact on aesthetic results. Methods: 86 cases of dentition deficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into groups according to different treatment methods, including the control group (n=43) and the study group (n=43). The control group received conventional dental implant restoration treatment, while the study group received digital guide plate-assisted dental implant restoration treatment. The indicators and data of aesthetic restoration effects, etc. were collected. Results: The data of accuracy indicators of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the data of periodontal health indicators of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the score of aesthetic effect indicators of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: When treating dentition deficiency, choosing digital guide plate-assisted dental implant restoration treatment can have higher accuracy and better aesthetic restoration effects after surgery. It is recommended to be used as a reference in actual treatment.
