Abstract:: Objective: To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on health behavior process in patients with immediate implantation of traumatic tooth loss, and to explore the impact on periodontal health indicators. Method: A random number table method was used to divide 50 patients with traumatic tooth loss into 25 cases/group, all of whom underwent immediate implantation. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received nursing intervention based on healthy behavior process. Compare the incidence of complications, periodontal health indicators, chewing function, and aesthetic effects between two groups. Result: The incidence of complications and periodontal health indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention. After intervention, the scores of tooth chewing efficiency, bite force, and aesthetic effect were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Providing health behavior based nursing interventions for patients with traumatic tooth loss who receive immediate implantation can effectively reduce complications, promote periodontal health, enhance tooth chewing function, and achieve ideal aesthetic results.
