Abstract:Objective: To explore the application effect of PDCA nursing management mode in perioperative nursing of dental implants. Method: A study was conducted on 150 patients who came to the outpatient department of Tongzhou District People"s Hospital in Nantong City for artificial tooth implantation from January 2021 to January 2024. Using a random number table method, 150 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group patients received routine perioperative care. The observation group adopts the PDCA nursing management model. Compare the success rate, complications, and nursing satisfaction of two groups of dental implants. Results: The success rate of planting in the observation group was 95.18%, significantly higher than the 81.48% in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.23%, significantly lower than the 17.28% in the control group; The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 100%, significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: By applying the PDCA cycle nursing model, patient satisfaction with nursing care and the success rate of dental implantation can be effectively improved, and the incidence of postoperative complications can be reduced. It is highly operable and has great value for promotion and application.
