    目的:分析博乐达超分子水杨酸外用联合米诺环素对丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的临床治疗效果,以及该方法对患者的皮肤屏障功能、血清炎性因子水平的影响作用。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月在我院皮肤科收治的60例丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组通过米诺环素口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用博乐达超分子水杨酸外用治疗,两组均需要持续治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效;症状评分;皮肤屏障功能指标;不良反应发生率、复发率。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,观察组症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组皮肤屏障功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比(P>0.05);随访3个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:博乐达超分子水杨酸联合米诺环素口服对丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者进行治疗,可有效提升患者临床疗效,改善皮肤屏障功能,降低复发率,且安全性相对良好。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of Boleda supramolecular salicylic acid topical application combined with minocycline on papulopustular rosacea, as well as the influence of this method on the skin barrier function and serum inflammatory factor levels of patients. Methods: A total of 120 patients with papulopustular rosacea admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral minocycline, while the observation group was combined with the external application of Boleda supramolecular salicylic acid on the basis of the control group. Both groups needed continuous treatment for 8 weeks. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups; Symptom score Skin barrier function indicators; Incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate. Result: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The skin barrier function indicators of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05); After a 3-month follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Oral administration of Boleda supramolecular salicylic acid combined with minocycline for the treatment of patients with papulopustular rosacea can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients, enhance the skin barrier function, reduce the recurrence rate, and has relatively good safety.
