Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation status of patients undergoing skin laser aesthetic treatment. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent skin laser aesthetic treatment in the Laser Aesthetics Department of Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital from January to July 2025 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 49 patients in each group. The reference group received basic nursing, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The rehabilitation status, self-perceived burden, psychological state, nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The wound crusting time, erythema and swelling subsidence time, wound healing time and descrustation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of emotional burden, physical burden, economic burden, total score, SDS score and SAS score in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group (100.00%) was higher than that of the reference group (89.80%) (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (2.04%) was lower than that in the reference group (14.29%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing skin laser aesthetic treatment can alleviate negative emotions, reduce self-perceived burden, promote the rehabilitation process, improve satisfaction, and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions.
