Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of moist wound healing nursing combined with pressure dressing nursing in patients with linear scar hyperplasia after thyroidectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with linear scar hyperplasia after thyroidectomy admitted to the Department of General Surgery, Guigang Donghui Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received moist wound healing nursing combined with pressure dressing nursing. The degree of scar hyperplasia, quality of life and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of VSS in the experimental group at 1, 3 and 6 months after operation were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of daily activities, social interaction, psychological state and sleep quality in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The grade A healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Moist wound healing nursing combined with pressure dressing nursing can effectively reduce the degree of scar hyperplasia in patients with linear scar hyperplasia after thyroidectomy, shorten the wound healing time, improve the grade A healing rate, and help to improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
