Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of nursing monitoring on restoration effect in patients undergoing dental veneer restoration. Methods A total of 74 patients who received dental veneer restoration in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2025 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 37 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing monitoring intervention. The nursing compliance, nursing workload, team cooperation, restoration effect, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing compliance rate of the observation group (94.59%) was higher than that of the control group (75.68%) (P<0.05). The nursing workload and team cooperation of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The restoration success rate and satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (8.11%) was lower than that in the control group (21.62%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing monitoring in dental veneer restoration can effectively improve nursing compliance, restoration success rate, nursing workload score, team cooperation and satisfaction, as well as reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
